With a passion for leadership, diversity and inclusion, and people development, Samia Andersson has over 25 years’ practice operating at the nexus of people and organizational development, bringing unique, authentic experiences working with partners across the state, private, and non-profit spectrum. Having worked on land and at sea, she brings her vast expertise to leaders navigating the unique challenges of working in the hospitality sector, specifically on cruise ships.
Samia built BMA on the understanding that leadership exists in every part of life and the belief that people in leadership positions need support to be their most authentic self, if they are to be effective. Her approach blends deep insight with practical strategies, ensuring that those she works with are empowered and enabled to identify and shift limited beliefs, unlock potential and develop critical skills to engage, communicate, perform and behave in a way that best serves them, their company, family and society.
Samia has facilitated and supported team and organizational development change processes in a variety of industries in Africa, Asia and the USA. She holds a postgraduate degree in Leading Innovation and Change from the York St. John University (UK) and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
Samia’s mission is simple yet profound: to help people lead with clarity, purpose, and heart, no matter where they are.
